 POLICY OF CANCELLATION

  • Untill 30 days before the check-in – 90% refund

  • Untill 20 days before the check-in – 70% refund

  • Untill 10 days before the check-in – 100% credit for another staying but holidays

  • Less than 07 days before the check-in – no refunds even credit for another staying

  • In ocurring partial desistance of the reservation, even being the lodger in the apart-hotel, no refunds even credit for another staying

Cancellation requests will be only accepted by letter with signature via fax in the phone 55 11 4781 4496 or in digital file to the e-mail address reservas@costabela.com.br.

 

 

“NO SHOW”

We garantee the NO SHOW for up to 24 hours after the check-in. After this period the reservation will be cancelled with no refund or credit.
